Welcome to Wire  Designs  Jewelry  by Nadine. We are honored to be a part of an organization that recognizes and promotes fellow artists and artisans who work with their hands “in mediums we love” to create unique works of art and fashion. Each piece of  Wire Designs Jewelry  is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art that we hope you will enjoy for years to come.

PAYMENT

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please let us know and we will hold the item(s) for 10 days. All checks must be made payable to “Nadine Fidelman” and MUST “clear” the bank before shipping.

You will be sent an e-mail invoice within 24 hours of your request for purchase. Orders will be reserved until paid for, but items not paid for, within 72 hours will be canceled unless you contact us or have made prior arrangements for item(s) to be held for a specific period of time.

All orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt/clearance of payments unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING

Our preferred shippers are UPS/USPS/FedEx. Our shipping prices include the packing materials, our time, and the shipping costs. All items are packaged carefully in a box or padded envelope. Please let us know if this is a gift and we will be happy to package it in a gift box.

Insurance is not mandatory, however we do recommend it, as this is the only way you will be covered in case of postal/carrier loss or damage. Jewelry by Nadine is not responsible for items shipped uninsured. AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON ALL DELIVERIES.

Wire Designs Jewelry by Nadine will maintain all insurance receipts and tracking information until your package  arrives.

International buyers are responsible for all customs, duty or any other fees.

***IMPORTANT***

Orders should be received within 3 to 4 days upon shipment. Please be aware that orders shipped outside the United States may range from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

With every piece that leaves the studio, we hope you will find it to be a treasure you will cherish for a very long time. If there is a problem, please contact us via email promptly within three (3) days of delivery. All returns MUST be pre-authorized by e-mail, otherwise the item will be refused.

We will gladly refund the “purchase” amount of the item, (this does not include the shipping, handling or any other fees); the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs; or you may exchange the item for an item of equal value from our shop. The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please be aware though, that a change of heart, not reading the item’s description carefully or buyers’ remorse are not grounds for refunds.

For sanitary reasons, all earrings are “Final Sale.”

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQ’s

A NOTE ABOUT RESERVING A PIECE OF JEWELRY:

We will be happy to reserve a piece of jewelry for you for up to one (1) week. If you should decide for any reason to not purchase it, please be courteous enough to contact us to let us know.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS (SACO) require a 50% deposit to begin work on the order. A written, detailed order form will be signed off before any work is started. SACO will be shipped when the balance is received and cleared. SACO are not refundable.
